Building Global Awareness
A program designed to meet the face-to-face and written/electronic communication challenges of employees to deal effectively with clients, associates and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Diversity Training:
A seminar for a multicultural work force that experience the challenge of communicating and working together effectively.

Multicultural Team Building (MCTB):
Training designed to meet the communication needs for a specific team comprised of a multicultural group with a specific mission/project to accomplish.

The Coaching Option:
Is a week or daylong training program the right solution to meet your intercultural needs? Is a half-day program the better solution? Is training needed at all? How many employees should be involved? Which members of the team need to be supported? Is there an intercultural issue at stake? The "coaching option" is a series of face-to-face meetings and/or telephone conversations with an interculturalist to clarify the challenge/need and identify possible solutions.

Pre-departure Cultural Orientation Training:
A one to three day cultural overview targeted to a specific country including appropriate business, social practices and cultural dos and don'ts for employees accepting international relocation assignments.
